What we collect

Your name, email address and a password hash when you create an account. The names and settings of the learner profiles you add. Every exercise result: the text length, keys typed, errors, speed, accuracy, duration and per-key statistics. Payment details are collected and stored by Stripe; we hold only a customer identifier and the state of your subscription.

How we use it

To run the course: scoring lessons, choosing drills based on the keys you miss, showing your stats and log, and sending password resets and receipts. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Stripe, for billing. Our email provider, for transactional mail. Nobody else.

Cookies and advertising

One session cookie keeps you signed in. On the free tier, pages carry ads served by Google AdSense, which uses cookies and similar technologies to show ads based on prior visits to this and other sites; you can opt out of personalized advertising at Google's ad settings. Subscribers see no ads and no advertising cookies are set for them.

Your choices

You can change or delete your account from the Account page. Deleting it removes every profile, result and statistic immediately.

Children

Learner profiles for children are created and managed by the account holder, who is an adult. We do not collect anything from a child beyond the exercise results described above.
