The agreement between you and High5 Labs LLC for the use of Home Row Hero.

The service
Home Row Hero is a typing course provided by High5 Labs LLC. The Home Row unit is free; the remaining units require a subscription.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically until canceled. On the website they are billed through Stripe, which is the merchant of record for the sale; once the Home Row Hero app is on the App Store, subscriptions bought in it are billed through the App Store, on Apple's terms. An account's first subscription includes a 3-day free trial. Starting it takes a payment card; the first charge is made when the trial ends, and a subscription canceled before then is not charged. Cancel a website subscription from the Billing page at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Upgrading from monthly to yearly takes effect immediately with the unused portion credited; downgrading takes effect at the end of the current period.
Refunds
If the course is not for you, a charge made on the website is refunded in full when you write to support@homerowhero.com within 14 days of it. Later than that, a charge is not refunded, and canceling stops the next one.
Your account
You are responsible for the password on your account and for the learner profiles you create under it. A subscription covers the profiles on one account, up to six, for people in one household.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other people's data, disrupt the service, or resell access.
Changes and termination
We may change the course, the prices for new subscriptions, or these terms; existing subscriptions keep their price until renewal. We may close accounts that violate these terms.
